We regret if our delivery gives rise to a complaint and will endeavor to rectify any inconvenience that has occurred as quickly as possible. Please use our

for the return of items.  

First of all, we would like to make it clear that this return form, including the instructions, is only a non-binding suggestion on our part for an optimal processing of your return. The use of the RETURN FORM and the observance of the instructions is voluntary and not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right to which you are entitled by law. 

You are therefore in no case obliged to use this RETURN FORM or to observe the following instructions in order to exercise the legal right of withdrawal or other rights to which you are entitled by law. Neither the use or non-use of this form nor the instructions contained therein affect the existence or content of the statutory right of withdrawal or other rights to which you are entitled by law. 

However, we would like to ask you to use this RETURN FORM for your return and to adhere to the instructions given. By doing so, you will help us to process your return more quickly by standardizing the return procedure and to avoid frequently occurring misunderstandings.

Notes for the return 

I. General information 

Please refrain from returning items to us freight collect, as this will result in considerable additional costs. If you return an item freight collect and you are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment, we will also have to charge you for the penalty postage charged for the freight collect shipment. If the costs of the return are to be borne by us, the refund of the return postage paid by you will be made immediately. Please make sure to return the item together with all accessories included with the item (e.g., battery, power supply, cable, user manual) and in the original packaging belonging to the item. 

Furthermore, we would like to ask you to take care of a safe packaging of the returned item. 

II. Return due to exercise of the legal right of withdrawal 

Before returning an item for this reason, please check whether the cancellation period for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation is still open, unless you have already declared your cancellation to us in due time. Please also note that a statutory right of withdrawal is only available to a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, i.e., only to a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity. 

III. Return due to defect or deficiency 

In case of a return for this reason, please choose in the return form under III. whether you want a rectification (=repair of the defective item, if possible) or a subsequent delivery (=delivery of a defect-free item, if possible). The shipping costs required for the processing of your justified request for subsequent performance will be borne by us. We will reimburse you for any postage costs incurred immediately after inspecting the item if it has a material defect. 

IV. Return due to transport damage or loss 

If the delivered item has been visibly damaged in transit (especially in the case of damaged outer packaging, such as crushed, torn, soaked or visibly re-glued packaging) or if components of the delivery have been lost or stolen in transit, send the item(s) back to us in the damaged outer packaging, if possible, using additional outer packaging or using the original outer packaging resealed by you. 

If you have received a confirmation of damage from the delivery company, please enclose a copy of this with your return. Furthermore, we recommend that you take photos of the damaged shipment, if possible.
After checking the facts, we will immediately send you the damaged item(s) again free of charge and refund the shipping costs for the return.

V. Return due to wrong delivery 

If we have accidentally sent you an item you did not order or an item you ordered in the wrong version, please return only the wrong item(s) of the order to us. You will immediately receive the correct item free of charge and the shipping costs for the return will be refunded.

VI. Return due to rental

We recommend to pack the rental items for return in the original carton. Make sure that the items are complete. The items do not need to be cleaned prior to return - we will take care of cleaning the rental items.
